Nope, guilty of taking a sip of the stolen loot, not guilty of rummaging through the guys drawers and stealing three cans and trying to down them without getting caught.
AND charlie and Kris are guilty of dragging two of their "friends" into something they should have been man enough to take themselves.

I don't think Rodrigo is just as guilty as Charlie and Kris. I agree Rodrigo shouldn't have took a sip, he put himself in a stupid situation. But I think there is a difference between going through someones stuff and drinking three cans and just taking a sip.
Karly has barely had a mention, Charlie and Kris are trying (very sucessfully) to divert the heat off them. Rodrigo is playing directly into their hands.

He may not have got down on his knees and stolen it but he went into the room in full knowledge of what they were doing and took it without a care.

It's not the fact of Kris and Charlie stealing the drink...they stole it then dragged their mates into it. It's not the fact that Karly and Rodrigo had a drink of it.....It's the way Rodrigo is reacting to it all. He's doing a Sree at the moment running to Lisa to explain himself 
Rodrigo has only himself to blame, for weeks he's been sitting with team nasty wanting to join them, and now sadly he has.
As usual Kris was pretty much silent during the row between Charlie and Rodrigo.
What is it with HM's and alcohol? I know it can get pretty boring in there, but it seems their whole existence revolves round getting alcohol and consuming as much as they can.

It was funny watching charlie and rodrigo argue in front of the bus stop last night...with lisa and freddie sitting next to each other acting quite dignified.
All four of the beer drinkers...kris,charlie,rod and karly would have been spitting venom if freddie had stole the drink. They are as bad as each other.
