Aww, RIP
Our 'Enry ...
Aww Henry, part of my life time lost.......
Gone a year after his twin brother George (who I used to see around Horton Kirby when I was young).
Him and whispering Ted Lowe in one day..,2 British sporting icons lost.
Nice bloke... shame

Croc you must be close I grew up near there too!
Meant to say also RIP Henry fab character
Juju...I had a few mates lived that way..,many summers days spent at Westminster Fields..I lived near the Dartford Tunnel but would walk there and back.
aww so sad - seemed a lovely man - remember him in the brut adverts
I met him once. He had been on the IOW opening a holiday camp somewhere and was on the ferry returning to the mainland. in effect he was a captive on the boat. However he had loads of patience and time for everyone. He gave his time generously. An absolute gent, and I don't even like boxing! RIP a true sporting hero.
