Blimey, I thought they stopped making cassette Walkmans (and other personal stereos) back in the late nineties. I don't even know if you can still buy blank cassettes, I haven't seen them for ages. Good riddance to them.

David Bowie's music did indeed take a nosedive in quality in the 80s. "Scary Monsters and Super Creeps" isn't very good and it just got so much worse with "Let's Dance" and its follow ups.
