See! I'm not saying I don't like christmas. It's just too flippin early to be talking about it! 

I actually feel for the peeps on here who for one reason or another can't enjoy christmas, and to have it shoved down their throat so early is a bit off I think

I was just saying the other day, how hard the next couple of months are going too be for me, paying for daughters college things, her birthday is September and i need to pay for her new glasses and then christmas, daughter said now i've a part time job i'll help you (me)  

See Aims, some of us haven't even had summer holidays yet and already christmas is on the mind of some peeps. There's no escape! I'm really not a killjoy. I like christmas when it's time, but can see both sides.  

I love that time of year but as kids get older the presents get more expensive, i really don't want too think about it yet 

I don't think it's the expense with me (up to now) as I'm working, but can see where others would find it difficult. (I've been in that situation myself). 

It's really about the timing. It's too early! 

I know I say it every year but this tear I mean it. Pressies are going to be scaled down - my kids aren't babbies anymore - I'll spoil my boys (grandsons - but really not overly) everyone else - it'll be tokenish. I MEAN IT THIS TIME!

And just like every year I'll not even start thinking about it until early December (possibly late November) I really and truly don't understand all the Christmas stuff going on in August/september!

Soozy, I've been saying that for the last few years! I say every year that peeps are getting money/vouchers. It never turns out that way. It might this year  And wtf if peeps are pee'd off.
