Elo me ole mate who lives up above

when grumpy Uncle decided to have a say

He told me I dress like a hussey and a tart
in my designer clothes! Uncle have a heart!
so I smiled sweetly and carried on driving
and started thinking of ideas of coniving

but you know what thought came into my mind?
I thought just coz others are not very kind
it dont mean that I have to their level stoop
and Uncle is 90 odd and a bit of a fruit loop

mind you, last night with the devil I danced
and loved the way he moved his body and pranced
and 5am this morning I eventually rolled in
but did not commit my usual Saturday night sin

so there you have it in a nutshell my Lord
I bet week after week you get thoroughly bored

but it goes to show I will always need lessons!!

am at my sisters attending a barbecue
not enjoying it between me and you

and picked up burgers with bare hands aslosh

I am meant to be "checking emails thats all"

they wont notice for a while that I am gone

I dont drink it can be a pain
when Family are all drunk again

My Brother-In-Law, the arrogant twat
changes with drink at the drop of a hat

but why should I fit to his drunk situation?

I have to venture out into mayhem
Those tourists don't you just love them

And they are here for their holiday
But oh my word they clog the roads

was going to see cousin in Bromley today
but the traffic is queued up the motorway
so I wont chance getting stuck in a jam
coz I am an impatient driver I sure am

what a lovely Bank Holiday we have had
the weather has been good and not that bad
one of my nephews did a car boot sale as well
must ask how much made and did his wallet swell!

Not done much at all today
Must get out of this lazy way
Have to find something to do
Or I'm going to end up feeling blue

So I'm going to get out the rowing machine
To get myself fit, toned and keen
Taking life by the horns
I hope no muscles will be torn

It must be in the air

it grabs me on days like today
when the air is still
and the neighbours are away...
I've seen the tourists
and yes they're a pain
but I'm glad they had sun
and that it didn't rain
coz Devon is such a beautiful place
folk for a while..forget the rat race..

I can feel a storm brewing outside
and the darkening of the skies
its been muggy and sweaty all day
lets all go for a swim I say!

Slimfern I know what you mean
The happiness on their faces can be seen
It's good to see them all unwind
Looking for fun they can't usually find

But being stuck in is not fun
Some refocussing in me needs to be done
Getting some exercise wil do be good
And put my head back to where it should (be)

Swimming does sound quite appealing
but my body I hate revealing
So I think I'll stick to the home gym
And hope I will soon be sexy and slim
