Afternoon suze and Bagel Queen
and how have your days been?
I've pootled about and not done much
I think I've really lost the touch
of rushing around, what can I say?
It's coz I am on holiday

I been to Confession and then sinned
coz my old sunglasses I have binned
and got a brand new posh pair
gluttonly!! I could not help it I swear!!
they cost me a few pounds and much more
will have to insure them thats for sure!!

I took three pairs of shoes to the charity shop
Each pair I never wore
Then I passed a shop that had a shoe sale
and I bought one pair more

Good Morning to one and all
I hope today you have ball
Rexi having a relaxing time
All those weeks off how very sublime
I bet you'll get bored in the end
And hoping you won't go round the bend
Bagel I bet your swanky new attire
Will have everyone stop and admire
Insurance would be a good idea
But make sure the small print is very clear

hello all in rhyming thread
just took a painkiller for head
stayed up till late reading book
which deserved a second look!

I am off to mass in a bit
where on a cushion I will sit
and saviour every word that matterd
coz Uncle back next week so peace shattered

But alas my brain is dead,
Cant think up any rhymes you see,
So will just say hi to you from me.

What book was it that you have read
I hope your meeting with God went well
And you got there to hear the church bell
Enjoy the feeling of calm and restful peace
Before your Uncle makes that cease

as I left Mass with the crowd

book I am reading is Terry Pratchet
when my usual read is with a hatchet
its called the free wee men and not
the sort of book I usually read a lot

It for for the forum online bookclub
where Sunday at six shoulders we rub
not literally you do understand
but to compare notes hand in hand

Its a small club but is very good
and more would join if they could
but its invite only I do believe
and only an hour a week to receive!

morning all on this fine day

it crept on me while I was sleeping
it pored into my body in its keeping
and when I awoke it had its possesion
and now I am in the midst of depression

I want to scream but nothin comes out
I dont even have the energy to shout
depression is an illness which makes me sad
and it makes me go into myself quite bad

I was feeling so happy until yesterday
but the guilt never really goes away
and when the guilt starts to in me settle
thats when the depression puts on the kettle

it waits paitently to seize its chance
then descends on me like an avalanche

did the refuse men empty my bin?
I only use the place odd weekend
coz its sending me round the bend
pay council tax for whole year
