It came to me as a bolt of inspiration.

Could use the BB Eye as a centerpiece.

Do either of you grow MiL's Tongue?

I used to have a lot of houseplants at one point , but they sort of went out of fashion , didn't they ...

I'm not great with houseplants.

I have a peace lily which seems to have stopped flowering and an indoor hydrangea which I've had to dead head and now has no flowers. I do have two pretty orchids in full bloom though.

I've certainly got quite a vicious one  No, but I have done in the past ....I didn't know about their air cleaning qualities ...I might get another one 

I had a ficus, but sort of killed it.

We used to have a pond in the garden of our last house - I really liked it.

We've got a low lying container that was going to have pebbles and a fountain in it ....many years ago ....now it's a stagnant pond ....although it does sometimes have frogs in it 

I photographed this because I liked the colour.
