All those wonderful people that didn't think about their own well being but put others first. And I'm not just talking about the emergency services people. But all the Joe Bloggs too.
Over 90 countries lost citizens & the death toll to date stands at just below 3000. Which some may say in the grand scheme of things isn't all that much. But I've had it said to me that these were not military people. This was an attack on OUR way of life - not just the American way of life. The shock wave was & is felt Worldwide.
Those that lost loved ones will live with one of the most breathe taking remembrance days for the rest of their lives. It is ones of those things that people will be able to say 'I was here when the Twin Towers fell'. Then came the attack on The Pentagon. As the day went on we heard about the brave passengers on a crashed plane. I can't even imagine the fear.
