The forums closed at midnight over on CH4?

They had some messed up rules over there. You had to click a box to confirm that you're over 16, but you're not allowed to swear, and you have to be in bed by midnight.

The 12am cut-off was so lazy on the part of Channel 4. Basically, everything was going okay with the 24/7 opening hours until one day some idiot decided to start trolling the forum in the early hours with some of the most obscene stuff I had ever read. Really disturbing. So instead of Channel 4 hiring a night time staff, they decided to shit on us instead.

They took the lazy way out, and everybody suffered. The forum was never the same after that.

I remember that night - if it's the same incident. The most sickening posts I've ever seen on any Forums over the years. I much prefer GaGa to C4, it's a thousand times better
