Marcia Griffiths never sang Caught You in a Lie - it was the late, great Louisa Marks
I spot a bit of Carroll Thompson in this thread, too . Hopelessly in Love(C.Thompson), Capricorn Woman (Janet Kay), Rastaman Vibration (B Marley), Breakout (Louisa Marks) and the early Reggae Volume compilations (from late 80's to late 90's) define my teenage years and early twenties I ADORE lovers rock
(All time favourite lovers rock reggae artists are Frankie Paul, Sanchez, Dennis Brown, Alton Ellis, John Holt, Marley, C Thompson, Deborahe Glasgow, Louisa Marks, The Investigators and the Mighty Diamonds - so not many )
Hmmmm, not really much of a Reggae person, one or two I like but mostly a rocker
Couldn't find Marcia Griffiths - caught you in a lie Pirate
"Youuuuuuu said she was your cousin, but I found out that she waaaaassssn't"
