Funnily I was thinking the other day that I realised that this BB had grabbed me quite early becasue I knew everyone's names really quickly.

it IS quite boring tbh, i'm really only watching it to makek sure justice is done and that scabby bitch and her crew get voted out ASAP and that the final 2 are Ben and Mario (NOT that I have ANY intention to vote whatsoever )

It's OK .............but certainly not in the top four or five IMO. I am thankful though that it's not full of topless models, promo girls and part organisers. They are ...............as near as damn it fairly 'normal' people.

^^^^^ agreed - as u said 'near as dammit' or something to that effect - at least this year we appear to have a few ORDINARYish folks in there... Keevy/Scabby/JJ/Govan and possibly Dave the Raving Monk not included

I have some reservations - most notably the over-emphasis (IMO) on Shabby - but broadly speaking, I'm enjoying it.


I would say though that BB10 should have been a classic series. I think this year's HMs are a decent selection, but last year's HMs were (on paper) very strong overall. Unfortunately all the promise was destroyed by no LF (which killed the atmosphere) and BB meddling as usual (resulting in nearly all the strongest characters going far too early).

It's getting better now that true characters are starting to emerge (which is always the case with BB, takes a couple of weeks for the dust to settle). I'm finding Scabby an interesting person to watch and her behaviour and interaction with others (I'm starting a psychology degree this year so can be excused for paying any attention to her and not spitting at the screen - although it doesn't excuse the fact that she looks like she could really do with a bit of soap and water and I wish she'd wash that ruddy make-up off and give her pores some air)

I wanna see more from Dave. He's kinda just 'there' and just seems to sleep, eat, shit, fart and look at people a lot. But he could be playing it safe and staying under the radar to sail through to the later weeks? I dunno, he doesn't look like he'd be bothered to have a gameplan but who knows?

Isn't the best BB for me though (yet)

Pete Does he actually have an opinion about anything? I haven't seen much of this series to be fair, but have only heard/seen limited random mutterings from him.

If this series is a hit, it wouldn't surprise me if another channel come up with another show very similar to BB. I just don't think it's the last we'll see of experimental reality television in that format.

yep its a good one. i realised this when i realised yesterday i hadn't moaned about it being crap yet

Observational skills won't be required too much in your 1st year, 
but you might find subjects like 'Thematic Analysis' etc in the 2nd year, quite telling with behaviour like Shabby's. Good luck.

'S alright, I suppose. It hasn't exactly set my heather on fire, but I'm usually a slow burner with Big Brother.

I think it's going to be a really good series and I'm a bit gutted I can't pay it the full attention I'd like to.

I am finding it a bit boring if I am being honest.. BB3 was my Favourite BB loved Alex

This year is in danger of being ruined by the coverage of that filthy irritant Shabby. So far though, this year is way better than series 4. Didn't think 8 or 9 were much better either.

My least favourites have been 4, 6 and 8. This is better but still not great - a bit like last year's.

I am loving it.....Partly because I think there are some good characters in there, but also because it's the first time I have been able to access LF

Channel 4 have got another reality show, to replace
But the village its set in are saying "Don't turn our quaint village into a TV freak show.

A £300,000 cottage has already been bought by the programme makers, contestants are now been picked, 12 groups of contestants will live in cottage, they will need to blend in with rural life, its divided the peaceful village, half are all for it, said it be good for tourism, the other half are angry and don't wont it.
The Sun reported it, with picture of Cottage and also the village, which is in the Yorkshire dales, it also says filming will begin in September.

I am enjoying it so far but its still early days.

It's certainly not a borefest, but there has been over-emphasis on Scabby and Kayumhe and the likelihood of a faux mance....so far I give it 6/10
