No idea about any new HW's. . I haven't looked to see if the last lot of NY HW's remained the same cos I want it to be a surprise when we finally get to see the next season..

and yes we do appear to share a friend in Mollie who is actually a RL friend of mine not just a forum friend. .she's a lovely lady.. we are chalk and cheese in lots of ways but that is why we, and some others I met via BB forums, have remained RL friends to this day..  tho only Molls is left on Gaga, the rest either didn't join or if they did they left a long while ago

Update on HW's shows

My Tvio guide shows that when the OC hw's finishes on ITV2 they are repeating [or new for ITV2] the NJ season 3 HW's so no new ones for a while

But I may watch that one again as tis just as fiery as the others even if I did watch the reunion shows for it again recently thinking season 4 was coming soon.. and season 4 is a cracker judging by what was said on season 3 reunion shows as they were filming the new series at the same time as the  reunion show for the previous one, which one of them refused to attend cos of what had happened on that days season filming..  Lifetime may have season 4 when BH's lot finish hopefully as they had shown the other ones first..

Still waiting for New York housewives season 6 but I think that is only being filmed now. .NJ season 4 has been filmed and am waiting for that one too..

Gawd what will I do for my guilty viewing pleasure  all year round when there are no more HW's to watch, as may happen eventually as the franchise runs it's course, and BB isn't on either.. bound to happen that the HW's will finish eventually..  

Was watching the 100 th show stuff and can not believe Vicky believes she started it all and the OC is her show and she is the boss of it ..she even shouts it at some point   to say no I have the final say you WILL do as I want.. she also thinks any new HW's should see her as a mentor and do as she says. . that woman is deluded

Have just watched today's show, I love the OC  I think all the hw's are interesting in their own way and I know Vicki's a fruit loop but some of her behaviour makes me laugh....and without giving away too much to Olly...Bacon Vodka?????  lol. Every day the trailer for the next show makes me look forward to it.

So after this we have a rerun of NJ series 3? isn't that the one they showed before this OC - I get confused by Series numbers. NJ is probably my least liked show, don't like anyone in it. So if that's being shown I won't be watching, will have to find something else

Jerseylicious, yes what's happened with that, it's ages since the last series and I'm pretty sure they did another one. I enjoyed that show, shame you lost track of it Olly I'm sure you'd have enjoyed it. Well happy watching everyone of OC, shame it's probably not on for much longer, a series goes by quickly when it's shown every day

You know what at one point I longed for Vicky to be dropped from the show ...now I know why they kept her in her love tank needs filling ...just cracks me up when she says  this...she would eat Brook and spit him out  lol

The face lift and too tight dresses and yet she is strangely attractive what on earth has Gretchen done to her face ,,far too much makeup and her face looks all funny .trying not too say too much for Ollys sake

They keep showing series from the beginning over and over and that gets on my nerves ...please when Orange County finishes ...they do not start from series 1 again

So the OC ended today  I've enjoyed the series, and glad they showed us the Reunion shows - unlike when they didn't bother with another series! Yesterday's Reunion was interesting between 3 of them, won't mention who as Olly may not have watched yet

I haven't looked to see what they're showing tomorrow but if it's NJ I think I'll give it a miss. I know in all the hw series there are arguments and fall outs but NJ has a different feel to it than the others, just my opinion of course Hopefully not too long before there's another series ahead that I'll enjoy

Heya YR. .thanks for not giving any spoilers. .I am about to watch the first reunion show tonight I think.. and yes tis NJ season 3 starting tomorrow. .the reunions for that were hilariously OTT.. but you are right, it is the most violent version of all the HW series. .I used to think the OC was bad til I re-watched the NJ lot..

Vicki is still a 'screamer right up in peoples faces' I see from what I have watched so far. .if she did that to me she really would need plastic surgery cos I'd flatten her face with a left hook . .stoopid bint

Gretchen was this season bad girl edit ... it was Alexis the previous one but Gretchen has had the bad girl edit  before too..... she has gone very plastic looking  this season ..wonder who will be next seasons target for bad girl edit. .methinks Heather is due for a bad edit next..

Vicki does my head in, I would be close to smacking her too if she went in my face like that. And as for her son in law Ryan, what a controlling little turd he is, the way he spoke to Lydia's mother was disgraceful & then to lie about what happened.  How stupid is he?  He knows it's being recorded. 

I think you'll enjoy the Reunion shows Olly  When I watched the NJ series it always felt a bit dark to me, just something about it and the women that didn't help me enjoy it as much as the other shows, I kept watching and waiting to see if I changed my mind, but never did .

When Vicky had her hysterical screaming bouts I thought it was funny lol, probably not if you're the one on the receiving end but she embarassed herself acting like a spoilt child having a tantrum  I agree about Gretchen, they all seemed to gang up on her this series but like you say it's often a different one every season so yes maybe it's Heather's turn next  Just an aside but I really liked Alexis new hairstyle this season, she looks so much prettier, imo

I'd been watching Ryan since he and Brianna moved into Vicki's as I'd noticed he seemed a control freak. Whatever we think about Vicki I didn't think he should have a say in whether Brooks came to the house or not, it's not his house but he was behaving as if it was. That night he was so rude to Lydia's mum proved everything I'd thought about him, I don't like him or Brianna.

As for Vicki screaming she has done it since the very beginning and at each reunion gets all embarrassed about it and will never do it again.. so she says.. . .she is a dreadful woman. .and funnily you saying about Ryan being a control freak Vicki is the worst of the lot .don't know if you saw the earlier seasons, Vicki controlled Briana to the point she turned up on a date she was having. .also she was doing everything to make sure Briana was not alone with a boy so they wouldn't sleep together yet by all accounts Vicki is not shy of opening her legs to any old sod

I get the impression that Ryan knows an awful out about Brooks that is very unsavoury . .and to be fair they only said they would move in with Vicki if Brooks was not going to be around.. clearly there is something dark about him they know and don't want to have around them ..it said they moved out now anyway which I think is best as Vicki would be controlling the poor grandson too if she had a chance..

I think Lydia's mum is a dreadful woman ..yeah Ryan handled it too harshly but you don't go to peoples house and stick your feet all over the furniture.. and I think he is being protective of Briana after all the years of Vicki being up in her business non stop with her efforts to control her..  and Lydia's mum was obviously off her head on pot sprinkling 'fairy dust' crap all over the place. .idiotic woman.. 

I don't see NJ as dark it's more about them all having a fiery Mediterranean background. . you should watch the Miami one they are just the same and contact has been made a few times on that show when fists were flying..

Vicki is a hypocrite, she talks about everyone but how dare they speak or give an opinion about her. I find her a bully and she seems to think it's the Vicki show. She must be mad to be with Brooke!! it's so obvious he just wants to be on the telly and he tells Vicki what she wants to hear .I found it hilarious when she denied telling Laurie that the 'Greek guy' was still around then they showed her saying it and telling Laurie to stop talking as the camera's were running .

I found it difficult to take my eyes of Heather on the reunion show, what was that Blue eye shadow all about!! She really does think she is a cut above the others.

I didn't watch the early series of OC so have gone by the few, 3 I think, series I've seen. Vicki has many sides to her and I can understand why the others blow hot and cold with her, although they can all be like that with others in the show, friends one minute and not the next, can't say I always understand what the real problem is as those who fall out have different perspectives of who started what and why

As for Ryan if a man had ever spoken to my mum like that I definitely wouldn't have been as passive about it as Lydia was that's for sure. He has a baby son, when the child becomes a toddler and older and starts making a mess or spills something will he be as aggressive towards him, I surely hope not. Months ago I read something about Ryan, how true it is I don't know but after seeing how he was that night I can't help wondering.

I've only seen a few episodes of the Miami hw's some time ago - if that's the one with an older lady whose plastic surgery seems to have gone wrong. I was switching channels this afternoon to find something to replace NJ and found an early episode of BH, not too much has changed since then lol.

I meant to add some info about Jerseylicious, but forgot  It's about the staff who work at a hair and beauty salon in Jersey. Filming doesn't just take place at the salon though but also away from it with seeing them all in their personal and social lives, clubs/restaurants, in each others homes and their (ever changing lol) relationships etc. The two main characters though are Olivia and Tracy, two feisty girls who hate each other, always arguing and fighting, it got really nasty at times  Most of the fans of the show liked Olivia far more than Tracy, I did too, I liked her personality, couldn't stand Tracy, real bitchy girl who imo was jealous of Olivia, there was always drama every week between those two. It's been around a year since the last series although I could be wrong about that as time confuses me with all these different series lol. Oh and apart from the storylines the hair, make up, jewellery, and fashion sense of those Jersey girls was interesting in itself lol. I'm hoping we get another series.

I'll use the word "alleged"...that Ryan has a record for domestic violence against an ex girlfriend. She was also awarded a restraining order. I also read about how he treated her and threatened her, it didn't sound good. He's been married before but didn't come across any info of the reasons for divorce from either side.

I agree his reaction was totally ott, and yes he lied as we heard what he said to her, I didn't hear her reply aggressively, she sounded shocked more than anything.

Funny I see things differently with Ryan.. yes he is abrupt and possibly is a bit aggressive in his manner too. .tho shouting at someone who is being disrespectful I don't have a problem with and don't think he really shouted anyway.. If my mother was being disrespectful I'd have shouted at her myself..  . but we only heard a small bit of what went on. .Lydia's mum was pretty rude to him asking him who he was in a 'talk down to someone' voice.. I do believe she probably swore at him it just didn't make the edit...

My thinking re Ryan being how he is in part is because of being in the armed forces and also because he has done 3 tours in Afghanistan. I have seen a young boy change from a boyish carefree person into an old, stressed looking haggard worries of the world on his shoulders looking person after his boat was sunk in the Falklands war. What these people see changes them forever.. I think Briana as a nurse is well aware of this and also I am fairly sure she has a wild, possibly aggressive but strong side to her as well  .. how could she not with a bullying screaming mother like Vicky. I would take gossip mag reports with a  pinch of salt. .they all over exaggerate, I don't think Briana would be with anyone who was violent towards her .. she strikes me as someone who'd be off like a shot..

A friend of mine met and married a guy that a few who knew him before she met him said oooh he's a wife beater he hit his ex. .he never laid a finger on my friend at all and he became a heavy drinker in later years and they eventually split because of that but even that didn't bring his so called violent side out with her... . sometimes some couples just clash and if both are fiery it can result in scrapping .. not saying that is good or right but doesn't mean when they move on they will be the same with every one.  . just my twopennyworth. .

Seen the second reunion show. .Gretchen and Tamra back to the old stuff again with the Jeff stuff and Vivky loving it. . Gretchen looking more plastic with bottox than ever and Tamra back to being a bitch as usual

Been a while but thought I'd let ya's know a new series of the New Jersey Housewives is starting next Friday on ITV2. .If you get a chance watch the reunion shows from series 3 starting Tues or Wednesday next week. . really juicy for gossip and bitchiness.. I think there may have been 3 of them, I forget now, as there was so much going on. .worth a watch for sure

Bit annoyed ITV2 is now showing the NJ lot instead of Lifetime as they edit out a lot of really juicy stuff because of the time slot

I don't want to be a spoilsport in case the others want to see that stuff so really just need to do a warning then post, that way I can scroll by the next one. Bravo TV site has all the gossip so I never visit there just in case.. I've made that mistake in the past and seen stuff I didn't want to

ITV2 is showing Season three which is the latest that has been seen in the Uk, From Tomorrow the newest one to UK tv starts and that is Season 4.

Bio, now Lifetime, had started showing them and was doing the new seasons first but it looks like ITV2 has bought the rights now. I had an email form  them to say they were trying to get all the HW shows. That is fine except they edit a lot of the content out as it is pre watershed and some is really relevant to ongoing stories   Tho I suspect Lifetime will show the repeats in an evening show after ITV2 has finished so the non edited stuff will be seen. It  really annoys me that half the time ITV2 has taken out stuff that is relevant to why some of them are fighting.. . Was the other  way around before with ITV2 showing NJ and BH repeats and Lifetime showing them first . altho C4 was the first ever to show NJ then they stopped and it disappeared for ages until Bio showed the newer seasons . . Now ITV2 has nicked them and I bet they will go after the BH and Miami ones too 

That's not even counting the other stations that show ancient repeats of HW's

I think the ones where both Theresa and Jacqueline were pregnant was end of Season one going into season 2 where Theresa gives birth and Jacqueline had hers earlier before  filming started again.
