Jacob said something about C4's budging, I made comment to thinking they possibly couldn't. Stensionhouse had this to say.

I do hope this is true.... and the outcome of the "emergency meeting" is the one we want. This is the first year ever that I've felt underwhelmed by BB.

Yeah, Stension didn't mean it rudely but it's how CH4 saw it, assumingly.

This is pretty much everything I predicted from the start. As I told everybody Endemol are as pissed as we are, at CH4 for some of the crap they've pulled throughout the past series' and ESPECIALLY this year.

Endemol have listened to the viewing public in regards to the stuff going on in the house, but I think as I said before, the fact CH4 have removed the only option we as viewers had, of REALLY getting to "scrutinize" the HMs in the somewhat reformatted environment Endemol have tried creating for them and us has really annoyed them.

Don't want to call my BB days to an end but for me what they have left us with is just unwatchable.

They get it wrong every year,just put the hms in the house ,roll camera,it's that simple.

Was Stension not a fm?

I don't know how they could justify even calling it Big Brother without the 24-hour observation - it's a fundamental part of it.
If we can't see the HMs just getting up to everyday, mundane stuff and are only allowed to see them when they're "performing", how are we meant to make valid judgments about them?

If that makes me one of the sad cases, then I'm proud to be sad!

i'm guessing it's not the first time bb forumers have been called sad cases by ch4..

Very likely. Pity some of the C4 board (who hate the show and have rather more high-faluting ideas about where the channel's niche should be) don't just accept that BB is their most-watched programme and the people viewing it and voting in it are paying their flippin wages

Channel 4 are more interested in repeating friends every five minutes.

ALthough i bet if they do return live feed the official line will be some bumf and not because we the public demanded it...

actually the more i think about it the more i am smelling some sort of PR stunt... surely it can't be that easy to rearrange the entire summer schedule of a show... and surely the logistics of live feed should have been worked out months ago .....

All their excuses were a load of bollix - they are already filming 24/7, just not showing it to us.

Broadcasting it wouldn't be a big deal or at all complicated. All it takes is a couple of peeps to work in shifts and switch on the tweetie birds if anyone swears..

this saddo is really missing it, daughter doesn't understand why i'm that bothered, so i said do you prefer to watch the footy or listen to it on the radio, she said watch it, well its the same with bb, we want to watch it not read snippets, she had to agree with me in the end
