What was he thinking?

Hmm,he expected  some "Comeback" etc..however I feel on the "heinous" murder spectrum etc..he's well down in the basement.

I hope the poor doctor doesn't get into trouble, for not reporting it.

I saw some of the documentary on the news yesterday and wondered why he was admitting it now instead of when it happened years ago. He also intimated that the doctor knew what he was going to do and left him in the room for half an hour.


He also spoke about when his mother was was dying and in great pain from cancer years ago and his father asked him why didn't he stop his mother from suffering.


He must have realised when he spoke about what he did that the Police would be informed. Sounds like he's now given up on his own life and prepared to take the consequences.

Not sure why he's come out with this now, surely he knew what the consequence would be? He'll not have helped himself with the comment: "He wasn't my partner, he was my bit on the side"...and also him implicating the Doctor

Oh he'll probably only get struck off and maybe get sent down Bliz

I also heard him say that. I wonder if because the man was in so much pain he thought he was helping him as his father had led him to believe he should have helped his mother. He doesn't look a well man does he, to me it looks like he's had enough of life.

Hubby's just told me that on the news a little while ago it was said he's not naming the man. If that's the case it could be hard to charge him with anything.

Don't suppose it'll be too difficult for the police to work out who it is/was

Hmm,,I'm now 53.However I  well remember my late grandfather dying  in the back bedroom from stomach cancer.It was 1969,it was the summer holidays and I resented him for it.God forgive me.Kids are  for now,they don't  know what lies ahead.

I think he said this happened around 20 years ago, the police could have a long investigation if he doesn;t give them his name, strange story.

I believe he's hurting and now needs to find some sort of peace.

I doubt that many people outside Lancashire know of him. In spite of stirring by the press the public don't seem interested in the story. He has been quite excentric for years. Let hin be.
