At heart I like rock too (though I reckon mine is slightly different genre to yours.. cos I wouldn't call it metal).. If I could only listed to one band for the rest of my life it would have to be Placebo
I still like dance music... but the old stuff just for a trip down memory lane (though there are a few classics I will never tire of like "Baby Let me love you for the night" that Karma posted earlier)..
but there is soooo much crap around these days. Faithless still deliver though.

I have the endless Rock v Metal debate all the time. What most see as Metal I see as Rock. I love it all though

They were one of the highlights of my weekend. Muse were the best but Faithless were a close second

Metal to me is WASP, Iron Maiden and stuff. Rock is Guns N Roses, Bon Jovi, Poison, Alice Cooper.
