Who seems to be dealing with the Big Brother experience the best, of the 4 female housemates? Is their one in particular that is likely to have the measure of her rivals?

Noirin. Much as I don't like her she seems to know exactly what she is doing.

I agree, Noirin is right up there. 
Has to be Lisa or Noirin. Both are playing very good games in there and seem to be the alpha females.

Noirin is obviously used to being treated as a little princess and is very controlling but Lisa is sly and manipulative and with a very clear game plan. To be the one they all run to, the mummy of the house who sorts everything out and tells them how to think, therefore indispensable right up until the end (she thinks). So IMO Lisa is the strongest in terms of mental strength and survival instinct.
I think Sree being evicted this Friday could be a big turning point for the female housemates.
Noirin will be free of what has been as big (if not bigger) annoyance than her drawn on glasses. I think she will really start to dominate â and depending on how long Marcus stays; she could have a very strong male allie.
At the other end of the scale, after Friday, does Sophie officially become the weakest housemate? Whereas for games and tasks up until now, nobody really wanted either of them â but usually picked Sophie ahead of Sree, suddenly her lack of ability might become exposed. I reckon the other 3 ladies have known for a while that they have the measure of her.

I agree LL. They are the alpha females at the moment, sharing the role, but a power struggle to be the top single female will happen. If it does, Noirin would be my choice as top female because she is younger (nearer in age to the rest of the group), far cleverer than Lisa, and much more intelligent. She will swat Lisa like a fly when the time comes. The other two Barbies are out of the mix altogether.
