Rachael, Josie, JJ and kissing behind the bike sheds

I've only seen bits of LF today but it looks to me like the girls have been pushing Josie to admit her feelings for JJ and urging her to try and take it to the next level. This push seems to have been led by Rachael hinting at what she knows about his feelings from the outside. It all seems very playground romance stuff - but JJ is sounding paranoid now, Josie is in the DR and she looked very uncomfortable to me when she was going.

Have I picked this up completely wrong? I'm feeling quite sorry for Josie atm
