I agree with you Longcat, he gets the blame when it isn't his fault. Neither wanted to do that task, its a boring task at that.

TBF, BB has gone on to show Rachel agreeing with John James, and even explaining her reasons (she or John James may be out on Friday, so it's unfair of BB to rob them of a whole day's experience in what might be their last week).

For once I am agreeing with Dave in what he's said to JJ.

Even though JJ was in the right. Why should Sam Pepper have to eat twice as much of the gruel as the women just because Dave doesn't like him?

I don't believe for a second JJ was concerned about Sam,if he was he'd have spoken up at the time no?....Imo he was trying to deflect ,what Dave said about him and his task was correct....Bad form from the master of team spirit.

It's the level of hypocrisy which is so laughable Senora, this from him who ranted and belittled others for their unwillingness to fully participate in tasks.

Rachel will feel like a million dollars when she realises that it was her that JJ objected to, and not the task.  He said 'why couldn't the other Ms Havesham have been JJ or Josie?, but wasn't prepared to finish the task so that they could have a bigger shopping list. Sour grapes too as he's not sure if he'll be there next week.  An absolute charmer (spelt w*nker).

This is the real insight, though. Sure, he may not like Rachel, but it's telling that the only alternatives he suggests are the two he's been almost exclusively spending his time with recently.
John James has been isolating himself, and he's become increasingly happy about that...
