I imagine they're all understaffed and overworked at the moment.

Glad you finally got through. I've also got some long-overdue calls to make to the DWP and HMRC later in the week: not looking forward to that at all...

a lot of civil service are working from home..my two daughters are. It really should not hold up phone services as they take the calls or their laptops Machel crazy
