The panel includes Immigration Minister Damian Green, Shadow Education Secretary Andy Burnham, former Labour MP Clare Short, Daily Mail columnist Melanie Phillips and economist Dr Noreena Hertz.

Dr Hertz is an economist who (according to Wikipedia) warned that unregulated markets, corporate greed, and over-powerful financial institutions would have serious global consequences that would impact most heavily on the ordinary citizen.
She is engaged to Danny Cohen controller of BBC1.

Indeed but she could have built up to her point, she just fuels the anti-Phillips feeling by striding straight in there with "Islamism"...no mention of anything else going on there first, the strikes, the tw@ts running people over in the street...nothing.
