What did everyone think? I'm just watching a bit now... he's good, but he's not Freddie and it just makes me sad. I wish they'd just leave it alone.
My main reason for this post though is to say that Brian May is reminding me very much of Jeremy Clarkson these days....

in his own right I think he is very good - one or two songs last night I thought he did well but on the whole was very underwhelmed
NObody can replace Freddie The Showman and TBH they know that and that was why they used the video clip during bohemian rhapsody
made a change from Take That on NYE though 
I've not got to Bohemian Rhapsody yet, Mrs H, I agree though, no-one will replace Freddie. It just felt wrong watching someone in his shoes.
... and it's always Jools for me on NYE anyway. The Queen thing wasn't on BBC Scotland anyway - I had to record it on the English one, we get Jackie Bird and Phil and Ally.....
