I wonder how we will know when all the security patches have been put in place? Is it something that each individual site will have to do, or is it done by some other means? I am Confused.com!

Man i'm slow on the uptake today!! I've just popped off and changed all mine... coming up with them all was not easy!

Security companies have developed tests that can reveal if a service remains vulnerable to the flaw

"I think there is a low to medium risk that any given password has been compromised," said Dr Steven Murdoch.

"It's not the same as previous breaches where there's been confirmed password lists posted to the internet. It's not as urgent as that.

"But changing your password is very easy. So it's not a bad idea but it's not something people have to rush out to do unless the service recommends you do so."

I've changed my bank password, although that was prolly secure in the first place.

I can't think of anything else that maybe urgent unless maybe my FB one   

I've not yet read through it as there is quite a bit of info, so I don't know whether it's a 'phishing' type problem or something else. I have quite tough password (never real words, mix numbers and letters and punctuation). 

I'll hang fire and check some tech sites.

Whenever I change mine, I use a random Purchase Order off a customer I have on my desk at the time. Seeing as our customer base is around 1200. Good luck to the hackers on getting that one.
