My sister took part in a 45 mile wolftrek last night that Mens Health Magazine described as the ultimate challenge Nod she didn't manage the full 45, her and 2 of her team mates had to drop at 32 miles, but considering those 32 miles were up mountains and through forests i am blooming proud of her. She is walking a bit like a hobbit today though Laugh and i have told her i will do a McDonalds run or her later.

I know i could never manage it and think 32 miles in 11 hours is blinking brilliant...now really must go sponsor her as i left the website address at work
