I would like a suggestion of a good (but cheap) liquid eyeliner and any tips for those of us with wobbly hands (aside getting daughter to do it for me)

i get mine from avon about £5, it lasts for ages as well

i've been using liquid eyeliner for that long now, i've got putting it on down to a t, my daughter always moans cause she can't do it

I use Rimmel, ultimate lash I think it's called. That's ok, I think Maybelline (the green and pink case one) is meant to be really good as well and they are both under £10.

Can not believe i havn't had a ear bashing off lil for the mention of toggies yet

I rest my elbow on the windosill - my mate is amazed that I put my eyeliner on with my eyes completely shut!!

Borjouis coupe de theatre is the best mascara I have ever used...never looks gloopy or spiders leggy.

I've tried loads (mascara and eyeliner is my main look) and it's by far my fave.

M&S exfoiliating face cloth (5 quid) not one of those scratchy ones, can be reused over and over (and machine washed!) ...hasn't even irritated my stupidly sensitive skin.

You can use it with plain water, soap, cleansing cream, face wash...owt you like.

Treated myself to Bnatural radiance face mask, salt scrub and organic eye cream, three for the price of two in Tesco. Normally I can't put anything on my skin but my face is looking lovely and radiant for a change. Salt scrub hurts excema for a minute but seems to be helping loads, love it.

To the people asking about mascaras, Loreal voluminous in carbon black rivals YSL faux cils... Matterfact its better than YSL because its cheaper and does the job i.e provides maximum volume and length..

I also recently came into Bourjous Coup de theatre which is £5.50 at the moment and promises false length lashes well knowing me I get sucked in by any new revolutionary mascara, I got it and its pretty good....

Touche Eclait, Max Factor Masterpiece Mascara, Lush Marshmellow Bath Melts...

That sounds like Dermalogica Pre-Cleanse... which is really fab (but a tad pricey).

It dissolves oils and grime on the skin.. but is hydrophillic (water loving), so as soon as you then wet your face... all the cleanser and debris comes clean off!

I used to love all the Clarins stuff, but alas my purse strings can't stretch to those sort of products anymore

I love Natural Essence shampoo and conditioner, especially the one smelling of coconuts. Oh and yes Maybelline mascara is very good
