Definitely Tom.
Marcus is deluded, a fantasist, so often wrong about so many things (in spite of trying to convince he is an expert.)
But I think Tom is a much nastier person.
I don`t like his chewing gum, his posing, his bossiness and cockiness, and his authoritarian manner.
He doesn`t just speak; he seems to bark orders.
He criticises others for the very same things he does himself.
He seemed surprised that the house contains some people he doesn`t like. (How delusional is that?)
But more than all this I think he has evil intent. The way he talked about women with Kenneth showed bad attitudes.
He seems to be a mean-spirited, discourteous, and very unpleasant man.

You've just described MArcus to a tee.
