We still call it 'the Awful Tower', after my son renamed it as a young child.

Sadly I don't have a dog anymore. It is not practical for me or fair to a dog.
But it has prompted me to seek out some old photographs of the last dogs I had.

So so far, none of us have seen the leaning tower of Pisa (my brother has but that wouldn't count) or been to Seattle (I suppose my Google seaches earlier in the year tracking down Gagajoyjoy's headquarters doesn't really count )

My son called me upstairs to see his 'leaning tower of pooza' once,
but I'm sure that doesn't count!

I would say, though, that at the time that you were there in spirit.

Am I the 2 per cent that's been to Seattle? . I've been there a few times courtesy of Microsoft. Beautiful place with streets full of bars with live bands playing pretty much every kind of music you can imagine. Fantastic place to eat if you like fish (which I don't). One of the few places in the US I could live happily.

I only saw it on a very brief visit....but it does count, doesn't it?

Only last year I started to use an artificial Christmas Tree. I saw a video of how quickly a real one goes up in flames ..............as an experiment6 (when christmas was over) my husband put a match to ours in the garden. It was simply terrifying how quickly and ferocioijusly it went up.

I love real Christmas trees but ................the artificial one we bought last year is quite authentic.

And so we learn the lesson, don't put a match to your real xmas trees
