Hi, morning/daytime people; before I go to work this morning, I hope you don't mind if I bump up my poll which I put on here last night. I am trying to find a name for my new 9 month old cat who we got from the Cats Protection league, and me and my hubby and daughter got it down to nine names between the three of us (me. my hubby and daughter.) But we can't settle on one.

So if you haven't already, could you pick one of the nine names on my original post on page one (her pic is there too.) (Also, other suggestions are welcome...)

What bout Lou Lou? My BF's mum has a cat identical to this one and she's called Lou Lou - i call her Lou Bloo tho as she's obessed with drinking out the toilet bowl!

My cousin has a beautiful tabby kitten,he's about 5 months old.He has more white on him,a white chest and white "boots" he has a large black stripe running down his back and tail and it looks like his fur is going to be on the long side,he's gawjuss.They have called him "Loki" after the Norse god of mischief.

Bella for me, she is gorgeous reminds me of my first cat who I had for 18 years.

My friend rescued a cat with similar markings and named her 'Sweetie' - don't know how your hubby would feel calling her in at night (my friend lived alone ATT).She named her other two cats 'Aerial' and Prospero' but Prospero was run over. Another friend named her various cats - Richard, Brynsley, Georgina, Abi. Georgina was a lunatic btw - I think she was a rescued 'wild cat'. I'm a dog person but all my closest friends own cats.

Pebbles is cute - could result in 'pebs'.

Cocoa (sp?) is my other fav.

How about Puddin' - cause she is sweet.

She's a grey tabby or I would say Fudge after my little brown tabby Fudge, or I like Gizmo, another of my cats names.

Awwww thanks folks. Funnily enough, Miley was in the lead last night, in fact 5 of the first 20 votes was for Miley, then gradually over about an hour or so, Pebbles took over in the lead, and Coco was about 4th.

Then this morning, Coco was 2nd and Pebbles still in the lead, and Miley was down to third.

And now Misty is in the lead. Interesting

Thanks for the additional suggestions too I will make a note of them all afterwards, and show my hubby and daughter the results on here, and hopefully we will choose one soon. At the moments, she keeps getting called 'tabbs', 'bugalugs' and 'the other cat' (poor kitty...)

My friend ha a chihuahua and he simply named him 'Boy' but he was so small it was cute!

Awwww she's the double of my old cat....i had her for 19yrs! Her name was Kizzi but of your list i liked Pebbles.
