I didn't say that he fancied her.... some people do just have sex appeal.... doesn't mean you necessarily actually want them, not if you are a person whose brain operates independently from your nethers... I accept there are some who are ruled by these things...but most of us can dislike someone but still recognise they have a certain mojo thing going on

So is she. I can't wish enough plagues of boils, piles and ulcers on that woman. Sorry about that, but it's true.
Margaret Thatcher was a self-serving, nasty, greedy, arrogant and inverted snob of a politician. She paved the way for the likes of Tony Blair (loved internationally but sending the nation to hell in a hand cart). I wish her long life....but hope before her number is up she finally realises that her term in charge of the national purse and her love affair with Monetarism has screwed us all up long term.
My hope is for a hung parliament with Labour in the majority and the Liberals having a voice (Vince Cable as the Chancellor).
I went to see a Tennessee Williams play last week (Cat on a hot tin roof) and they spoke of Mendacity. That's what politics in the modern era is. Thank God for Obama.

Couldn't agree with you more Suzybean, I just wish her supporters could have changed places with the people who's lives and area's were completely devastated by her must have, must sell or must close down policies. I also agree with you about the result of the election
