Me too, even though I can't stand her, I think she meant he was put up for eviction by BB and not by the housemates.

But the house had already nomd , so how did she know he would not have been up regardless of the rule break.

When the noms started, Charlie was first to nom he was then informed that due to the rule break he had to stay silent until midnight, the rest of the noms took place,then at 10pm ,Kris/Sophie were summoned to the DR and told of their nom break ,should they not stay quiet, not a peep out of them ,then they to would face eviction.Everyone had nomed at that point.At midnight Charlie was told he had failed and was up ,two hours later Kris/Sophie were told they were up also.We the viewers knew that that was the three that WERE up and had to wait until the nom were announced the following day to see who THE HMS HAD NOMED.

Because it was implicit in the punishment.
If they were already up due to nominations, there would be no reason to punish them by putting them up.

Also: if they were already up, then that would mean that they could have avoided the eviction vote by succeeding in the silence task. Some punishment, huh?
BB doesn't work like that. I may stand corrected here, but I don't think they've ever given immunity after nominations.

This is why I was unhappy about the way BB handled the punishments. It effectively gave the HMs information about the nominations in advance of the official announcement.

We were not shown the nom so Kris might have been up and if he passed the task like Charlie/Sophie had the same opportunity to do so would not have been up ,therefore it was a straight fight between Freddie /Marcus.
