As an aside: I don't personally have a copy of the Ofcom report into BB7 (i.e. the complaints about Nikki going back in), but it's been suggested elsewhere that Phil Edgar-Jones's comments on "Big Brother Exposed" contradict what Endemol told Ofcom.

One of the main reasons that Endemol got away with Nikki's return was that they claimed that the returning HM had been a planned twist from the very beginning. However, PE-J said on "BB Exposed" that the twist was entirely his idea and was conceived during the series in order to counteract a preceived "dulling-down" in the house during the last 4 weeks. He personally convinced the others at Endemol to go along with it...
