aww... we normally have a family walk up to the orchards at 2am to watch perseids..

however, its mega cloudy & raining... so I think I'll be giving it a miss tonight.

PLUS..  its daughter & I that usually spend the rest of the night lying on sunbeds in the back garden drinking lager, watching the sky..   & she's in Barcelona!!

Goes on for a couple of weeks though...   may catch some in a few days

(Don't be shocked when the men in white coats come to carry you away tho)

I'm still gonna shout it out at the top of my voice though

its been crappy here too Katerina...

in fact.. this has been the worst year for them since I started watching them...  which was a few years ago... when it was the "Ultimate Perseids" viewing year (something to do with the state of the moon, & lack of clouds)...

looking outside its less cloudy than yesterday here..   I'd say 50:50 sky & cloud...   might get to see them tonight (I have to stay up late tonight anyway... I have promised to watch the WWE PPV live with my son )
