People who seem completely unable to park properly

After my dad went to pick my mum up a car decided to park a foot and a half across the drive way (yes i was annoyed enough to measure), despite the fact that it could have easily parked 4 foot forwards on the verge. Luckily they left before I had to go around and try to find the owner and get the bum to move it, but it irritates me. I have now finished ranting. Anyone else want a go?

I'm more concerned about people who think pavements are car parks and force people to walk in the road (where their car should be)
