no he was a friend of OP and someone OP asked to take care of his former girl friend Sam Taylor except Mark Batchelor understood that to include giving her a poke  and they fell out as a result - he's the one OP threatened to break his legs except looking at MB, OP would have stood no chance - MB is well scary
