no, I think the order of the bullets and the ricochet..I can't see him testifying about the bat, although I'm not sure after the Dixon fiasco

Ah, I'm with you now.

Poor old Dixon, he will never live down this trial. I hope he is thinking of retiring soon.

he did make me laugh though..the comedy value was brilliant...I think Roux lost loads of credibility with him

Poor Roux, between Oscar and Dixon, he's had a shedload of trouble to deal with during this trial.

On Catch up .

Bizarre 'expert' witnesses today.

 Â·  1h

Debate in the press benches on whether Roux was right to call this witness. Does she add strength to his case? Or is she fair game for Nel?

 Â·  1h

Suspect Nel will try to paint this witness as little more than a Pistorius groupie, seeking her day in court in support the star.

 Â·  1h

Roux says he'll call his ballistics expert Wollie Wolmarins next. A retired SAPS forensics expert, he's seen as one of the best in the field

Wollie almost as cool as police nickname as "Donker Jonker", which is what they used to call the head of the occult crimes unit.

On Tuesday, Pistorius was forced to deny that he made a 'sinister' comment in the courtroom to a female friend of Miss Steenkamp's.

The Paralympian allegedly asked Kim Myers: 'How can you sleep at night?'

Ian Levitt, a lawyer for the Myers family, who were close to Miss Steenkamp, said Ms Myers told him Pistorius made the comment to her 'in a very sinister way'.

Miss Steenkamp, whom Pistorius shot and killed last year, lived with the Myers family and they say they were her second family.

'My client views this unwelcome approach as extremely disturbing and I have been in communication with the national prosecuting authorities,' Mr Levitt said in a later statement.

He said Ms Myers told him she did not know what the comment referred to and she was 'shocked'.

He added: 'It's important to confirm this. It was in front of witnesses. Journalists have witnessed this.'

A reporter also alleges that he overheard the double-amputee Olympian making the comment to Ms Myers.

omg did you go to A&E after such a traumatic wound

I can't have normal blood tests from arms [infection risk] so have to have a capillary stab where they jab my middle finger then squeeze to get the blood out   if it doesn't work, they do a femoral stab in my groin and I can't repeat what I say when that happens
