*waltzes off with both Nel and Barry while the other two are distracted*
*grabs hold of Nels leg and pushes Roux towards anyone*
Me, Me, Me!

I really think this woman is struggling and trying to argue point she's not sure of taken off one photo
My link went down. It's back now.
Why does judgy not wear a watch instead of always having to ask, "What's the time?".

they are having half an hour...all because this witness is testifying on post mortem stuff that she's not an expert on ,,,this is beyond ridiculous with some of these experts

I know, she never wears one..

I like that she is staying calm and isn't letting Nel get to her.

she's testifying on stuff she knows nothing about, she can only testify on what can delay stomach contents emptying.,,,and she's arguing a point made by one professor and one of the defence's own witnesses
I think they had some falling out at some point...I get mixed up

just came on this minute
she didn't watch it...this is unbelievable
I don't think the absence of the specific words "I'm sorry that I killed Reeva", necessarily shows lack of remorse. His behaviour appeared to show that he was distraught at what he'd done.
A lot of murderers show remorse Yogi, this to me doesn't have any relevance. She's a probation officer who read something in the paper and left her heartbroken...I wouldn't be surprised if she's not wearing her support Oscar badge under her cardigan I bet Nel's regretting the day he didn't bring on witnesses to repute some of OP's character, because there are quiet a few of them I'm not that bothered that the judgie allowed it, she is covering herself in case of an appeal, but to me its no relevance.
I'm still waiting for all these expert witnesses to prove the police altered the crime scene

I think it's possible to show remorse, even if you have killed someone, on purpose, in a fit of rage.
However, I don't think the absence of certain, specific words denotes a lack of remorse - which is what Nel appears to be saying.
I don't think this witness helped, or damaged the defence.
Is this the ballistics man?
He's hard of hearing.
