If he had said "You has better sleep with one eye open", that would have been threatening. Am I missing something?

He should never have said anything Yogi and I might have been a tad intimidated if he said that to me after killing my best friend. Apparently Fresco didn't cooperate fully with the prosecution and didn't want to even testify in the witness box because of ?!?!?! After all, he does have a temper and on more than one occasion threatened or hurt someone

I agree that he shouldn't have spoken to her but the words used don't sound like a threat to me. It sounds more that he feels she has either lied/said something which damaged his case or failed to give evidence which would have helped him.

It's certainly something you say to a person who has upset/annoyed you but not a threat.

I think Fresco's only concern was saving his own butt. He was afraid he may have faced charges over the restaurant incident.

I don't think she's said anything about him going by all reports Yogi, one of the rumours is she was supposed to be a witness for him  I just think he feels he can say and do as he likes and not face any consequences...he's paid people off on more than one occasion, hopefully this time it won't wash  Truth be told, I would understand it more if she had said it to him

I'm told was 'shocked' and didn't respond. Comment was overheard by a member of the investigating team and journalists.

so was heard by journalists as well - my understanding is he shouldn't have approached anyone one on Reeva's side of the divide - I imagine he would have been told that as any conversation could be construed in two ways 1) you're saying sorry to curry favour with the public or 2) you're trying to intimidate them?

be interesting to see what is made of this????

Was she going to appear as a defence witness then changed her mind - that would explain Oscar being annoyed and making the alleged comment?

Barry has his work cut out for him. Oscar needs to keep his mouth zipped.

well, he's denied it categorically...so if it was heard by journalist as well as the officer...I rest my case, he couldn't lie straight in bed

I don't know Yogi...I don't think Oscar as any right to be annoyed with anyone to be honest, after all he was the one that killed her and common sense should tell him they have a right to feel aggrieved. Oh hang on, he's got none  Apparently rumour has it all is not well between the two camps, something about things that were said when he was on the stand...all this is hearsay, I'm just telling you the rumours.

I think Oscar fails to realise that even if his version were the absolute truth and he shot at the toilet door in the belief that there was a burglar inside, he still killed Reeva, and her family and friends are naturally upset and aggrieved.
