I'm not sure what to make of the denial Pengy, if Perumai was going to testify why not put him on the stand instead of Botha who Roux used  Plus, wasn't it reported that Perumai was in agreement with the states pathologist..if he does take the stand they could be adding fuel to the fire

I think the stomach contents thing is dodgy at best, but now Op is saying they ate at 7 its now in the realms of unbelievable.

OP's added, changed, lied about so many things...I truly would not be surprised if they had a row and he did lose it..I don't think they will prove it or if its true  I do know his testimony is a crock of BS

I've been going over all some of the testimony yesterday and today... my opinion seems to have changed somewhat  The prosecution still haven't proven conclusively that he intended to murder Reeva, I think they have proven he killed with intent and it was premeditated...he was under no threat, he shot into a tiny space with the intention of killing whoever was behind that door. He shouted for them to get out of his house but yet did not allow any time for the mysterious burglars who were stealing his copper piping in the loo to leave.

I'll wait until the rest of the defence witnesses, but for now I can't see anything changing my mind anytime soon on what I think happened

bring in some whiskey for her tea - she'll love you   I reckon this is why they have so many breaks - they're all off in the tea room getting tiddled   I put it to you that the lack of a clock and her always asking the time is a code to Barry and Gerrie that she needs a snifter

I must admit the accent has grown on me. I'm going to miss it when the trial is over.
