I was reading something yesterday where it said over 50% of cases that actually make it to court in SA get thrown out because of lack of expert testimony in addition to the very grave problem of police tampering - and it's getting worse 

I have no clue, but it just confirms how unprofessional he is 

they're showing a picture of the toilet bowl that apparently has hair and tissue from Reeva   June Steenkamp is in court and has her head bowed at this 

its really gobsmacking to think people can be jailed or freed on this sort of evidence 

*I don't shoot often and haven't done for many years*...yet he's here contradicting ballistic experts 

that is the problem.  Apparently the feeling is corruption is so rife it's not worth calling the police to a crime because it takes 6 weeks for them to attend with the forensic guys and by then SAPS will have walked all through the crime scene tainting any evidence 

where is the board that Dixon was supposed to bring? 

I think that's why there was a delay, it will be brought in later by Nel I'm sure I can't believe this guy is using photo's to give a reconstruction on events he doesn't specialize in 

judging by the amount of blood in the toilet bowl and by the side of it in conjunction with what we've seen on OP, that poor girl stood no chance - she would have exsanguinated long before any medical help could have got to her

I'm not getting any of this...and to be honest its totally irrelevant,  its like us giving a version of what we think might of happened or asking the court cleaner what effect would bleach down a loo have on the blood samples from the toilet 

its a case of could have, should have, would have... its ridiculous 

this really is rubbing salt into June Steenkamp's wounds - it's disgusting and an insult to the poor woman and her family
