I think it was more of a bolt hole Pengy, he stated he didn't spend a great deal of time there due to work and training commitments> It does have the appearance of a hotel room..pretty souless, but I can understand that if he was rarely there.

it's a bit like USA - if you have the money you'll get good care other than that you're on your own. That's always bothered me why his first call wasn't to phone an ambulance and to blazes with the cost - get RS the help she needs.
