yes my TV and Sky standby buttons show off enough ambient light for me to get up through night and quite happily be able to see enough to go to the loo without switching any lights on

this is a big stumbling block for OP - if he said yesterday he couldn't hear RS get out of bed because of the noise of the fans, how did he hear the noise in the bathroom???

The longer this goes on - the less i am convinced he murdered Reeva

I'm still far from convinced that he meant to shoot Reeva, Sainty.

I personally don't think he intentionally set out to murder Reeva in a premeditated fashion.  I think he was so hyper paranoid about supposed burglars out to get him that his first instinct was to proceed towards the source of alleged danger and shoot first ask questions later.  I still can't get over why he had those specific bullets in his gun if not to ensure a kill when he fired.

The fact that it was Reeva that was killed, is in my book her being in the wrong place at the wrong time.  It could just have easily been a burglar, Reeva, his dogs, a housekeeper that he shot at because of his paranoia   His intention was to shoot to kill and therefore the State has proved CH but not Premeditated murder  

 I don't understand what she is implying.

there's a possibility of a ricochet but that toilet is a very confined area.  He did seem to hit her with as we now know, deadly accuracy with 3 of the 4 shots fired 

he gets emotional just as a break is due - she's hinting it's a cue to Barry that he's struggling 

I think it's because we don't have the Roman-Dutch system in the UK except in that Scottyland up there  that we find it unusual - suppose in SA they'd think we were funny too
