I didn't realise that OPs father Henke hasn't been at this trial at all although he was at the bail application.
so why would you hold a relative's ammo if you hadn't spoken to them for years?

third time today I think - this will not be taken well with the legal fraternity - very risky to do this as it's a judge making the decision

so now it's his father that left the ammunition in his safe

I'm bereft I need my daily fix what am I going to do when the trial is over? move to Pretoria?????
Hmmm so Nel points out that OPs father never signed a statement admitting that the ammunition belonged to him - awkward
or maybe he's just a liar...I've said for ages he will not take responsibility for anything

shall I commit a crime over there (a minor one) and get him to defend me

sorted..or we could just set up a fan club and maybe get a free trip I wanna gag my grandchildren is that so wrong
so OP left a gun one up on a towel when he went swimming
we'll get a trip bus up

Nel is getting exasperated with OPs answers
back after lunch, hopefully when the children's medicationkicksin settled down
calpol in their juices I'm just joking
Gerrie is definitely painting a portrait of OP as a man obsessed with guns so much so that he carries one absolutely every where and always one up
according to Alex Crawford on Sky tweets - he's looking very flushed although his voice is very measured - I wish we could see him as well but he elected not to be seen as is his right

Does that mean its loaded or has the safety catch off?
Oooh Pengy ! get you with the street talk

not always although OP would like us to believe that - I have a friend who has lived in SA for 20 years never had one incident of trouble, comes back to Brum for a visit a few weeks ago and is mugged 20 minutes into a tour of town
SA is definitely much more violent that say the UK but not sure it's common practice to carry guns unless you're going to areas by townships

it does mean it's loaded with one bullet in - it would seem that a gun is permanently wedged to OP at all times - except in this court obvs

ROFL!
If I have to see that picture of him with that flippin snot hanging out of his face again, I'll be sick.

one of the reasons why perhaps it's best we can't see him
Judge Masipa not happy with Nel laughing and rightly being ticked off and the gallery being reminded this is not entertainment
No Sam Taylor is blonde as far as I know - think that lady might be one of Reeva's friends one of the Meyers whose house she was staying at when not at OPs house Reeva was from Port Elizabeth so she was staying with the Meyers when in Jozi (Johannesberg)
another change in testimony from yesterday - he said yesterday he couldn't remember firing into the door yet today he can
again he didn't have time to think - he's virtually saying he didn't want to shoot the intruders coming out of the bathroom - Nel confirming he shouldn't have shot irrespective of whether it was Reeva or a supposed intruder
Big admission that he shouldn't have shot at the door - will that be the clincher for CH? Don't believe it was an accident
still don't think the State can prove premeditated murder though
we're at lunch now - loo and tea break for me
If there were burgulars locked in the bahroom - why not ring the Police and then wait with your gun cocked at the ready if need be?
Just a thought. He seems to be an angry man - whether the anger was directed at his girlfriend or potential intruders - you just don't fire like a mad man with the intent to injure or possibly kill do you?

that's exactly what I feel Soozy and why I feel he's guilty of CH but not premeditated murder - he seems to have perceived danger all around him every second of the day
