Morning Yogi

It was a telling admission though..it wasn't pitch black and worse for him, he stopped to weigh up his options and think what to do. Why oh why did he not speak to Reeva?

Another thing that's not making sense is....why not waken Reeva up from the bed, lead her out of the bedroom and down the stairs, he had a gun for protection and the burglar was supposedly locked in the toilet at this point.

I recently had a conversation with two of my sons about this. Both of them have heard noises in the night, grabbed a baseball bat or similar and gone to investigate, without waking their OH. The girls and I all said we would waken our OHs, before investigating, so maybe it's a man thing?

Darren Fresco is apparently in court but sitting with RS family and friends so I do think his friendship with OP is well and truly over

I think it had to be...he told lies yesterday, Frescoe maybe making statement by sitting with Reeva's family. If he can tell lies about a trivial shooting offence, god knows what he will do when 25 years of his life is on the line

He was friends with Reeva before being friends with Oscar.

He was, but he had been friends with Reeva for longer.

but she was awake Yogi, he testified he was talking to her before the shooting  and does your sons have en suites, surely they would get their wives out of the adjoining room if they were in that position.

I've gone to investigate a noise, but if I was sure someone was in an adjoining en suite and I had say my grandchildren staying, I would get them out the room asap,

Good point, Dame. In my son's cases, their wife/girlfriend were asleep.

Another good point about the ensuite, in son's cases the noises were not from their ensuites.

Right, I'm off to iron, see you later.

maybe....he's struggling already, I don;t think Nel will get far with him, he's going to collapse as soon as he starts

I think he's going to do a Dewani   have a breakdown be admitted to a Psych unit and when they've said they'll drop the case, he'll make a miraculous recovery

he's blamed everyone for everything... this seems to be the norm for him. He asks to handle a gun in a restaurant was warned it was loaded, witnessed by two people and he goes off in his hand, not his fault. He shoots through a car window witness by two people and it wasn't him and so on and so on

I bloody hope not, he needs to take some responsibility in life, which to me he appears never to have done

I'm pondering as I'm oft to do, but would it be grounds to appeal him being heavily medicated as they could state that he wasn't medically fit at this stage to give evidence?

they were discussing this on DS the other day...he will immediately appeal if found guilty of murder of CH, but who does he appeal too, the case is in front of the highest court
