these messages show a woman enjoying the beginning of a relationship - could it be termed 'love'  I think it was too early but she obviously liked him a lot but neither seemed to say 'I love you' to each other

I think we can safely say he will in the hope he'll be issued with a hefty fine rather than any actual jail time

he denied all charges, this could be awkward either way...his credibility will be in doubt.

better to change your story about this than cop for premeditated murder

as LC said in his interview just now with Sky news - there is absolutely no reason why this is line of questioning is being allowed as it brings nothing to the night in question!

did I hear right,,,he denied the first charge and now admitted the second charge.  He blames everyone but himself, now its Fresco's fault the gun went of...end of that friendship me thinks.

yep you heard right - better to deny deny deny and lose a 'friend' rather than your freedom and don't forget Frescoe was a State witness so I think the friendship had ended.

He does seem to blame everyone but himself for everything

yes could do....Just had a thought, he had to own uo to the Frescoe thing because it was mentioned in a text. Although he he his saying he owned up and offered to pay for the damage...why then did he tell Reeva in a text to not mention to anyone if he'd owned up  The car incident is his word against his ex and what used to be friend..<<<past tense

I'm not sure how this will help him, it could work either way. If he had to hold on around the bed, collect the gun from under Reeva's side, how comes he didn't notice she was not there if he was holding on to her side of the bed. instinctively you can normally feel a presence in bed next you you...well I always can
