What a shame Reeva wasn't a Rhino - we might have seen a decent sentence 

I'm betting the State would love to appeal but I doubt they will get the funding to do it - the Pistorius' are friends with the dear leader

one of the glaring problems seems to be between what is CH and what is DE - I always felt it should have been DE 

 

yes and I think that is where the appeal will come from if there is one...the ANC will fund it 

#oscartrial the NPA says that it is considering an Appeal but it has 14 days to make a final decision.

she may yet if the prosecution appeals...wrong judgement in the first place Olly, it should have been murder, the judge's explanation for the judgement is contradictory 

They should try Dewani here.

 

Dewani will probably get a lighter sentence in SA than he would here...I would rather he was tried here too
