seems that's going to be OPs default mode - I'm expecting histrionics and collapses on cross

apparently it's not unheard of for a case to stop if the accused is deemed medically unfit - think he may be going down this route to get it thrown out

slightly O/T if Shrien Dewani isn't deemed fit to appear within 18 months the SA government will send him back to the UK and all charges will be dropped   might explain why he's so keen on staying in psychiatric facilities

I was reading about this yesterday and as far as I'm aware if he's deemed medically unfit to carry on...all his testimony would be struck off and his affidavit ignored. I don't that would be a good idea for the defence.

Most people I have on in my address book end texts with xxx Mind, there's none of them I want to jump into bed with

my American friends take the piddle out of us Irish/Brits because we always use x or xx after messages - I think it's just a term of endearment with us - no biggie Roux - bet he only gets xx from his grandchildren

yes I totally agree...in fact I have been know to add xxx automatically...the worst one was to my car mechanic telling me my car was ready after its MOT

He's still coming across as a spoilt little child

there's something I meant to say - I read a few historical articles that he had with magazines etc., anyhoo, in them he intimated that he had an extremely happy childhood despite mother's early death, and was not as poor as he made out yesterday!  I'm wondering which is the truth?

I bet my Italian car mechanic crapped himself   But my point being its becomes automatic, so the kisses to me are irrelevant..there's no declaration of undying love or anything to suggest they were the idyllic couple, if fact to the contrary

*daughter on phone so I'm not ignoring you*

what is this supposed problem with her health?  physical or mental?

I don't know Pengy, I missed some of it with my daughter chattering...and yes, I feel he was trying to control her  Interesting to see the couple she stayed with in court today.

he'll be foolish if he doesn't give OP a chance to put his 'version' across as it could be deemed as OP is hiding real intent and reason for it

very dignified lady   I have a feeling if she didn't put on the exterior she is, she'd crumble and cry and I doubt the poor woman would be able to stop

I'm sure I wouldn't be able to cope the in the same way
