its's a shame, I like the channel and they have been extremely fair on their reporting

I don't get the channel on Virgin.

yes  it was all over social media about his lack of emotion. The DT team would be checking this as they do, completely different reaction when he came back...red eyes and no tears

 It was blatant.

The telegraph link hasn't been too bad with the court coverage (until the buffering started in last few days), but there aren't any interviews with people  giving their expert opinions.

well, most legal experts think he should be sentenced so you're not missing much because I think it may well be ignored

Nel: losing a child is the most devastating thing that can happen to anyone - we were lucky to hear Martin, she represents us..

Nel: Kim Martin's voice is a voice that represents society. We all felt her pain

: Nel: Court must take into account crime scene. Deceased died in a tiny cubicle. The ammunition that hit her devastating

Nel deals with offer. Says the word "offer" is significant. It's an "offer for settlement".

Nel cites use of devastating black talon ammunition, not what a "normal" person would use.

what we were saying all along but Judgy dismissed as irrelevant

Why would a normal person even want to possess such ammunition?

Nel describes it as sad that the parents should be so desperate that they took OP's money

Nel evidently extremely upset about the financial offer to a 'deprived family'. (Am told he was furious when heard about it).

Nel on timing, says in his submission the offer was made for purposes of sentencing MV

Nel questions the timing of the settlement offer. It would be different if Pistorius had offered it after the trial.

very true

It was important the Reeva was given a voice in a trial that was dominated by the accused.

absolutely Yogi - sometimes I feel Reeva is just a bit part in this trial

In the main, it has been all about Oscar. Perhaps that's the way things are when it's someone famous in the dock - but it doesn't make it right.
