Thereby impressing on the court that it would be in the interest of society that he be detained.

AND TO QUALIFY - I'm not saying it's the truth, its just a counter argument to that presented by the defence for the court to consider.

that just confirms what she said - doesn't confirm that Schultz said anything to her although I think he probably did 

it appears she started it...she wanted him to move. Carl wanted to make a complaint and OP wanted him out of the court. Sounds about right for the rich clan

this trial seems to have caused so much anger..I would be afraid 

apparently Carl is a genius with phones...makes you wonder about the missing phone and why it came back two weeks later   Saying that I always knew there was something underhand with that move
