Well if nothing else comes out of this trial then Nel has at least exposed who I would suggest is yet another opportunistic fraud that he has exposed. And all the DT witnesses should consider a group action against Pistorius for loss of reputation and earnings!

I think this is what makes this case a farce Xochi, dodgy clueless witnesses, a defendant that wouldn't know the truth if it hit him in the face a seems the right way to go to get off with serious crimes in SA

as for Cruella I said on twitter while she was testifying that she had lost the last remnants of credibility with this case but she's a dangerous character inasmuch as she feels people dangerous to society should be it off and all be cause she's been paid to reach those conclusions - surely there should be no privately paid people giving these recommendations - it should be done by a government employee who is independent of the state and defence?

Not sure if the Steenkamps would want OP to privately apologise to them although as good Christians they have said they are not out for retribution so  maybe at some stage they will ???

Modise was in Parliament yesterday - Nel says Modise addressed the issue of people with dissabilities yesterday #OscarPistorius MV

 

 

Modise replies that SA prisons were: "ready to admit people with disabilities". He says he has 35 years of experience in the field.

 

So it's clear then - despite payments, letters, tearful court apologies etc - that the Steenkamps want #OscarPistorius to go to prison.
