So we're supposed to believe that the DT knew nothing about this information being leaked - the badger read from her notes - are we also to believe that Roux hadn't seen what she was going to say?  He would have prepared her surely 

he doesn't want the money back...I think the Steenkamps would love their daughter back

Confusion here about prosecution's right to appeal #OscarPistorius verdict. 1 precedent suggests not. Constitutional case suggest it could.
