A lot of services in SA are in chaos since 1994 - especially since the ANC took over and bled dry or moved funding to their own personal coffers. There are State probation officers but a lot of services were privatised much like the way this country is heading.

not sure Yogi, a lot of the witnesses brought by the DT Nel was not aware of and only got reports minutes before the start of court. Not sure if it happened in the badgers case
